"Warranty got sorted in the end, just took a while"
I had to put in a warranty claim, and yeah, it took longer than I was hoping. It did get sorted out eventually, so that was good, but the whole thing felt a bit slow.

"Decent motor, but I expected a quicker kick"
It gets going fine on flat roads, but I was expecting the motor to respond a bit faster. Once you hit hills, it starts to struggle and feels like it could use more power.

"So many good custom options"
So... I was actually happy with all the custom options. There were lots to choose from, which made it easy to find something that fit what I wanted.

"Just a heads up for anyone considering this..."
Just a heads up for anyone considering this: the battery range has been disappointing for me. It drops faster than I expected and hasn’t come close to the range I thought I’d be getting. If range is a big deal for your daily use, I’d definitely suggest checking real-world reviews or testing it yourself before buying...

"Power is good, but the handling feels off"
The bike definitely has solid power, but the handling just hasn’t felt great for me. Once you get up to higher speeds, it starts to feel a little wobbly and not as stable as I expected, especially when turning or riding on rougher roads. I was hoping it would feel more planted. Support was fine, but overall it doesn’t give me a lot of confidence when you’re actually out riding it.

"Got it put together and riding the same day"
I set up my bike over the afternoon, and it went smoother than I expected. The instructions were clear for the most part, and the pictures definitely saved me a couple times. There were one or two steps where I had to stop, read it again, and figure out exactly what they meant, but nothing too frustrating. Once I got through those parts, everything came together fine, and I was actually out riding it later that same day

"Simple to use, but I wish the screen was brighter"
I remember setting this up and feeling relieved because the controller itself was really easy to figure out. The basic controls made sense right away, which was nice. The display menus took me a little bit to get used to, though, and I do wish the screen was brighter, especially when I’m trying to check it quickly.

Maybe it’s just the one I got, but the frame feels cheap to me. I was expecting it to feel a bit sturdier, so I’m wondering if anyone else noticed the same thing or if mine is just a bad one...

"Feels cheap... definitely not worth it!!!"
I was disappointed with this... the brakes and gears just feel really cheap, and they’re already making weird noises!!! I haven’t even used it that much, so it’s super frustrating. Wouldn’t really recommend it!!

"Not sure when it went downhill, but the frame cracked"
The bike rides fine overall, which is the annoying part. I started noticing cracks near the rear mount after a few months, or maybe it was a little sooner, I can’t remember exactly when I first spotted them. Either way, it felt way too early for something like that to happen. Support took longer than I expected to get back to me, and now I don’t really feel comfortable using it for daily rides anymore.

"Battery takes a minute, but it’s chill"
Charging isn’t crazy fast or anything, but it gets the job done. I usually just plug it in after a ride and by the time I need it again, it’s good to go. Would be nice if it juiced up a bit quicker, but it’s not a big deal

Am I missing something here? The sizing felt way off for me. The bike fit was terrible, and the frame felt way too big compared to what I expected...

"Gears still don’t shift right"
I’ve had trouble with the shifting from the first ride . It feels rough , especially on hills , and it’ll skip gears or make this clunking sound at the worst times . I tried the support tips they suggested , but they didn’t really fix the issue .

"Bike showed up fine, but the packaging needs work"
The bike itself arrived okay, so I am happy about that, but the packaging was not as sturdy as I expected. The box had a few dents, and one corner was banged up when it got here. Luckily nothing major was damaged, just a couple of small scuffs. For the price, I was hoping there would be more protection inside the box. It was not a terrible experience, but the packaging could definitely be better.

"Most accessories fit fine"
Most of the accessories fit just fine, but the rack needed a little adjusting before it sat right. Not a huge deal, but whoever runs this should probably make sure the fit is a bit more consistent.

"Assembly was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been"
Putting this thing together took forever. The instructions weren’t as clear as they should be, and whoever runs this really needs to make the assembly process easier. I wasn’t expecting it to be this frustrating.

"Brakes are okay, but could be better"
I was excited when I first took the bike out, and overall it rides fine. The only thing I noticed is the brakes feel a little weak, especially going downhill. They do stop me, so it’s not a huge issue, but they’re not as smooth or confidence-inspiring as I was hoping

I had a question about my order and it took a couple days to hear back, or at least it felt like a couple days, I kind of lost track with the emails. Once they did reply, they were nice and answered what I needed, but the back and forth dragged on longer than I expected. Not a bad experience, just slower than I was hoping.

"Not the lasting upgrade I hoped for"
I was hoping these tires and wheels would be something I could count on for a while, but quickly the wheels started feeling wobbly and the tires wore down faster than expected. It was a bit disappointing, and it reminded me that sometimes a good deal isn’t really a good deal if you end up replacing things sooner than planned.
